What are the delivery charges for orders from our Online Shop?
What are the Delivery Charges: There are 2 possibilities of delivery charges in our online store.
  1. Spend over R1000 on products and you will receive FREE DELIVERY anywhere in South Africa. **International orders do not apply**
  2. Spend less than R1000 on products and you will have a flat rate of R80 for delivery
Which payment methods are accepted on our Online Shop?
What payments are accepted: We currently accept Credit/Debit Card payments. You also have the added option of an EFT payment.Follow the payment process for EFT's for full instructions.
How long will delivery take?
How long will delivery take? Delivery in the main centers (JHB, CPT, DBN) will be within 3 business days after the amount paid reflects in our account. For deliveries outside the main centers it will take anything from 3 - 5 days.
How secure is shopping in our Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Is your data protected? We take the security of your payment and personal information seriously. We have joined together with a highly trusted name in the payment gateway industry, namely, Virtual Card Services (www.vcs.co.za).As well as being registered with a SSL security certificate.
What exactly happens after ordering?
What happens after ordering? After ordering, you will be sent an invoice + SMS (if requested). Once the amount is reflected in our account, your product will be packed, shipped and delivered. We will always notify you via SMS/Email about the status of your order.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Do I recieve an invoice for my order? Yes you will receive a digital invoice once payment is completed online, as well as a hard copy once your package arrives!
